1. MAKE GOALS THAT ARE SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM
Go for it, shoot for the moon! Olympics, world record, run a marathon… keep in mind these are long term goals that take complete dedication and sacrifice.
So start small. Short Term Goals are goals that you are capable of accomplishing within a short amount of time with HARD WORK! Decide what you want to accomplish most! Personal Best, run a certain distance without stopping, beat a competitor, being able to push yourself??? Think hard it is important!
2. BE RESPONSIBLE
Write down your goals and put them in a place where you can see them every day. Goals are important, make them a priority! Write new goals once you have achieved them prior goals.
3.What Steps Do You Take To Achieve Your Goals?
Do you practice extra? Do you work on extra drills? Do you make sure you get enough sleep, eat right, and stay hydrated?? The answer is yes, yes, and yes! 4.KEEP TRACK OF YOUR PROGRESS
